The swimming pool (with spillway 9 x 5,5 x 1,40 m) in a southern position and night lit, is situated in the middle of a wide scenic terrace , with sun beds and sun umbrellas.It is provided with 4 hydromassages and a children’s a space, it is open from May to September.
Lying in the four hydromassage positions you can count under the sun rays the little historical centres* of the surrounding territory similar to jewels which make the Marche countryside like an amphitheatre surrounded by the peaks of the Sibillini: Vettore, La Priora, Castel Manardo, Pizzo Berro, Pizzo tre Vescovi, Pizzo Meta.
The two terraces of the Appennino apartment (40 e 30 mq.) have a southern position, the patio ( covered south-west position, 40 mq.) and the garden belong to the Sibilla apartment and you can reach them directly from your bedrooms, sitting room and kitchens. They are all equipped to cook in the open air (with barbecue , wood-burning oven , tables, benches and a lawn swing ).
Everybody can use all the field (13000 sqm.), with the vegetable garden and its season products, with paths, terraces and benches scattered under the olive trees, the cypresses and the fruit trees. Reserved parking area.

The rate includes the uses of all the services, heating, gas, water, electrical appliances. The cleaning of the single unit (on request for long stayings): 5 € for each room.
Free use of the vegetable garden products and of the available season spices and of the products made by the Country House Acquaviva: red and white wine for the meals, extra virgin oil and vinegar for dressing your dishes, vino cotto for desserts. It will also be possible to taste the home made creations typical of our territory: cookies, jams and cakes.
The Country House is also pleased to provide:
- a hairdryer in each room
- common use of the washing machine (5,5 kg.)
- 1 microwave oven in the Appennino apartment
- a mixer for cakes and bread
- charcoal slack and wood for the fireplace and barbecue
- all the necessary tools for the kitchen in the apartments Appennino e Sibilla and La Priora.
Activities
On request, for the foreign guest, children and adults are offered Italian lessons just to have basic notions of the language , a qualified person ( a teacher) will be available half an hour a day. ( If you require more lessons please contact the owner).
To reach the centre of the village or for longer distances two mountain bikes are available.
There is an interesting Natural reserve near the Abbey of Fiastra , where you can have long walks on foot o use the mountain bike. (check the page of Environment for this and other information of the surrounding area ). Open air space to play bowls and open air games for children; indoor chess, table tennis and table soccer.
Riding ground as well as riding lessons, and golf with special agreements only 4 and 9 Km far from the Countryhouse.
